You simply remove the items from home that you want to keep. We will sell everything else that remains, and pay you within 2 weeks.
What Does It Cost?
We do all of the marketing and sales, and charge a flat 35% fee on all items sold. There are no other selling charges!
How Long Does it Take?
All houses are different, but in general, we can remove the items from the house and start selling in less than 15 days.
